TRAKnet Suggestions Forum

This page will explain how to use the TRAKnet Suggestions Forum.

What is the TRAKnet Suggestions Forum?

The TRAKnet Suggestions Forum is a website where users can vote for new features and enhancements that they would like to see implemented into a future TRAKnet release. As users vote for features, we can prioritize popular features accordingly, and avoid features that would not be popular if they were implemented.

You can choose to view certain suggestions by choosing an option under Views on the right-side panel. The Views are sorted as follows:

  • Active: Suggestions that are still available to be voted on are considered active. You can choose more specific views of active suggestions: Suggestions created by you, suggestions voted on by you, and suggestions commented on by you.
  • Categories: Suggestions can fall into several categories: Billing, Charting, Incentives, Integration, Overall Improvement, Reports, or Scheduling. To filter by category, select the category from the right-side panel.
  • Status: Suggestions will change status based on user feedback and priorities. Completed suggestions can be viewed under completed, suggestions currently being developed can be viewed under In Progress, suggestions that have been prioritized for development can be viewed under Planned, and rejected suggestions can be viewed under Rejected.

You can also search for suggestions using the search box located at the bottom of the right-side panel.
