General Release Notes from the TRAKnet 4.2 Update

Promoting Interoperability Changes

  • Attestation Changes
    • When the performance is met for the following measures you must select an "Active Engagement Level"
      • Immunization Registry Reporting
      • Electronic Case Reporting
      • Syndromic Surveillance Reporting
      • Public Health Registry Reporting
      • Clinical Data Registry Reporting
    • The following measures are now bonus measures so you can no longer claim an Exclusion
      • Public Health Registry Reporting
      • Clinical Data Registry Reporting
      • Syndromic Surveillance Reporting
  • Report Changes
    • PDMP is now a required measure (it was a bonus measure)
    • Support Electronic Referral Loops by Sending Health Information and Support Electronic Referral Loops by Receiving and Incorporating Health Information are now worth 15 points
    • Provide Patient Access is now worth 25 points
    • We will now show the Active Engagement level for the Public Health and Clinical Data Exchange Measures (when attesting)

Quality Measure Changes

  • Removed Quality Measures 110 and 111 for 2023 and beyond
  • Updated all our Quality Measures to meet the latest 2023 guidelines

Bug Fixes

  • Corrected an issue where the TriZetto sFTP password would reset multiple times a day
