Z_(Archived) Release Notes for September 28th 2015

General Release Notes from the September 28th 2015 update.

New Features

  • Implemented the ability to set code format per encounter. This will allow the user to determine, on a claim by claim level, which will be sent: ICD-9 or ICD-10. For an explanation of how this will work, please click here: http://wiki.traknetsolutions.com/wiki:icd-preference-per-claim.
  • Implemented the ability to add an ICD-10 code to an encounter without previously adding it to a SmartSheet. This can be found on the Diagnoses tab of an Encounter and is called ICD-10 Search.
  • Implemented the ability to set all insurance companies as either ICD-9 or ICD-10. For an explanation of this tool, click here: http://wiki.traknetsolutions.com/wiki:changing-icd-settings.
  • Implemented a change to the Invoice tab of an encounter that will now display your diagnoses codes on the bottom of the screen following these conditions: If you are on the Charges view of the invoice, the History will be displayed. If you are on the Charges (Edit Mode) view of the invoice, the Diagnoses will be displayed. If you are on the Payments view of the invoice, any unapplied payments from that patient will be displayed. These are the defaults but can be manually changed to any option as needed.
