General Release Notes from the September 11th 2017 update.

New Features

  • Implemented a new line in the MIPS Quality report that states whether the reporting method is Claims-based or Registry-based.
  • User Suggestion: Implemented new links that display the date and time of a linked appointment.

  • User Suggestion: Implemented the ability to skip previously answered (blue-highlighted) links when tabbing through a note or other forms.
  • User Suggestion: Implemented the ability to view and edit a prior authorization from the Claim Details screen of the encounter invoice.
  • User Suggestion: Implemented the ability to default the ordering provider on a treatment to the encounter's rendering provider.

  • User Suggestion: Implemented a second Bill Ready indicator in the invoice, located closer to the save and close button.

  • User Suggestion: Implemented the ability to create a list of favorite lab or radiology codes.

  • User Suggestion: Added the practice name and phone number to the top of a printed patient ledger.
  • User Suggestion: Implemented a new "non-patient" setting on the demographics screen which will exclude the selected patient from patient searches, but allow the patient to be designated as a legal representative.

  • User Suggestion: Implemented the ability to generate statements based on a patient group.
  • Implemented the ability within patient statements to display past charges which recent payments have been applied.
  • Added the patient's Primary Care Provider and Date Last Seen to the facility visit patient list, including the printed list.
  • The cursor will be placed in the treatments text box when the invoice is opened, allowing the user to enter in treatment codes without having to first select the text box.
  • User Suggestion: Added indicators on the patient chart that visually notify if a patient is deceased, inactive or in collections.

  • Implemented the ability to create a practice-level list of favorite pharmacies.

  • Implemented the ability to synchronize pharmacy information (e.g. Fax number, phone number, etc.) with more current information.
  • Implemented the ability to view unsigned encounters from TRAKnet 2.0 in a readable format in TRAKnet 3.0.
  • Implemented the ability to restrict users from using the Clear All button in Block Times, as well as the Delete All Button in SmartSheet10.
  • Implemented the ability to export a list of recently added or edited patients, patients with recent encounters, and patients with upcoming appointments to a spreadsheet.
  • User Suggestion: Implemented the ability to view the All Documents tab in a new encounter before the note has been created.

Resolved Issues

  1. Resolved an issue wherein, under certain circumstances, the adjustments amount in the Activity Summary report was incorrect.
  2. Resolved an issue wherein, under certain circumstances, the medical history list did not load.
  3. Resolved an issue wherein the Codes by Provider and Insurance query was calculating the code quantity incorrectly when multiple claim histories for a single code exist.
  4. Resolved an issue wherein the flag for diabetic patients on facility visits did not include patients with E13 ICD-10 diabetic codes.
  5. Resolved an issue wherein, under certain circumstances, certain queries in Reports did not display any information.
  6. Resolved an issue wherein, under certain circumstances, Referral Letters did not appear in the Referral Letters (v3) query.
  7. Resolved an issue wherein inserting a mini-template containing an embedded mini-template into an amendment did not work correctly.
  8. Resolved an issue wherein, under certain circumstances, encounters printed or exported from Batch Print Encounters printed with the incorrect date in the footer.
  9. Resolved an issue wherein, under certain circumstances, new encounters could not be immediately viewed through All Encounters in the patient chart.
  10. Resolved an issue wherein, under certain circumstances, patient family history did not display in the patient summary.
  11. Resolved an issue wherein, under certain circumstances and for workstations using more than one monitor, some separate windows (e.g. Encounter > Actions > Referral Letter) did not open on the same monitor as TRAKnet.
  12. Resolved an issue wherein appointment history was not be accurate after editing appointment information (e.g. room or provider, appointment reason, appointment time, etc.).
  13. Resolved an issue wherein printing the time clock report from the print preview screen only printed the document header and none of the user times.
  14. Resolved an issue wherein, under certain circumstances, TRAKnet took a significant amount of time to load the login screen when launched.
  15. Resolved an issue wherein, under certain circumstances, $0 insurance payments on charges were automatically posted with a $0 allowed amount, causing the charge to be adjusted off.
