General Release Notes from the October 1st 2015 update.

New Features

• In light of ICD-10, a minor quality of life change has been made to the Diagnoses tab on the Encounter. The tabs are now displayed as follows: SmartSheet10, ICD-10 Search, ICD-9 Favorites, ICD-9 Search. Note that the default tab will now be SmartSheet10.
• The ICD-10 Active setting will now be defaulted to ON for all users.

Resolved Issues

1. Resolved an issue wherein ICD-10 diagnoses codes were not printing on the patient summary when generated from the patient’s chart.
