New Features

  • Implemented new and updated fields in patient demographics per 2015 ONC certification requirements.
  • Implemented new links for the new and updated demographic fields.
  • Implemented a new patient summary form per 2015 ONC certification requirements.
  • Implemented the ability to import and export patient summary files in HL7 format.
  • Implemented the ability to import patient immunization history files in HL7 format.
  • Implemented the ability to electronically export patient immunization history to an immunization registry.
  • Implemented the ability to document patient's implantable devices.
  • Implemented 2018 Advancing Care Information measures.
  • Implemented new measures for Quality - Claims and Quality - Registry.
  • Implemented a report to view the MIPS Performance Score.
  • Implemented the ability to export a QRDA3 file for submitting MIPS data to a registry.
  • Implemented the ability to create provider groups and perform group reporting for MIPS 2018.
  • Implemented the Incident Report in the e-Prescribing tab to track suspicious or unauthorized to the program.
  • Implemented the ability to receive and respond to e-prescription change requests.
  • Implemented the ability to track e-prescription fill status.
  • Implemented the ability to cancel recently sent e-prescriptions and to view responses to cancellations.
  • Implemented changes to the process of adding, removing or changing provider SPI or DEA numbers. SPI or DEA numbers may now be entered through the Users screen, and are no longer added, removed or modified through the change request process.
  • Implemented the ability to send EPCS on the Windows 10 operating system.
  • Implemented the ability to access the program in emergency mode.

Update for April 3rd 2018

Resolved Issues

  1. Resolved an issue wherein the database schema update performed after downloading a TRAKnet update took an unusual amount of time to complete.
  2. Resolved an issue wherein, under certain circumstances, new patient vitals could not be entered.
  3. Resolved an issue wherein, under certain circumstances, the Improvement Activities would not display on the Performance Score report.
  4. Resolved an issue wherein newly entered diagnosis pointers would be incorrect.

Update for April 10th 2018

Resolved Issues

  1. Resolved an issue wherein the LOINC codes for radiology orders would include non-radiology LOINC codes, such as lab codes.
  2. Resolved an issue wherein multimedia scans were creating a blank document in the patients' All Documents screen.
  3. Resolved an issue wherein patient languages were not appearing in demographics after the TRAKnet 3.1 update.
  4. Resolved an issue wherein the social history template would not automatically load for patients whose social history had not yet been documented (i.e. new patients).
  5. Resolved an issue wherein the Vitals link included multiple line breaks and took an unnecessary amount of space to display vitals data.
  6. Resolved an issue wherein several of the quality measures in the invoice did not display properly on a minimum resolution screen (1366x768).
  7. Resolved an issue wherein family members in family history could be saved without an associated SNOMED code.
  8. Resolved an issue wherein the family history link was not displaying if there were family members entered that were not associated with a SNOMED code.
  9. Resolved an issue wherein the Patient Forms screen was opening to a broken tab called tabPage3, which has been removed.

Update for April 23rd 2018

New Features

  • Defaulted the SNOMED code search filter to use the SNOMED code's description instead of the code itself, to making searching for SNOMED codes more convenient.

Resolved Issues

  1. Resolved an issue wherein, under certain circumstances, diagnosis pointers were being removed from a treatment in the invoice when a new diagnosis was added to the visit problems list.
  2. Resolved an issue wherein new diagnoses in the active problems list were duplicated when they were added through the VisitProblems link in the visit note.
  3. Resolved an issue wherein diagnoses could not be marked as inactive or resolved from the Diagnosis tab in the encounter.
  4. Resolved an issue wherein under certain circumstances, the ACI transition measures did not populate with accurate data.
  5. Resolved an issue wherein measures #154 and #155 for Quality Claims and Quality Registry did not populate with accurate data.
  6. Resolved an issue wherein measure #110 for Quality Claims did not populate any data for the year 2018.
