Resolved Issues

  1. Fixed an issue where, under certain conditions, appointments would be deleted.
  2. Fixed an issue where the date under the Secure Exchange window in the patient’s chart would display incorrectly. It will now default to the current date.
  3. Resolved an issue where the scheduler was defaulting to 12AM midnight upon entering. It will now properly default to the current time.
  4. Fixed an issue where the patient’s copay was displaying with two additional decimal places. It will now display in the correct $00.00 format.
  5. When using the Vitals link in an encounter, the vital sign record that is linked to that encounter will populate. If no vital sign record has been linked to that encounter, the most recently recorded vital sign record will populate.
  6. Resolved an issue where tertiary insurance could not be removed from an invoice.
  7. Fixed an issue where the check number was not saving on insurance checks, previously leaving this field blank.
  8. Resolved an issue where entering a negative quantity value on a treatment code was preventing that treatment from being saved.
  9. Queries from Billing Dashboard > Reports > Queries are now printable.
  10. Resolved an issue where, when moving to the Charges (Edit Mode) view of an invoice, the columns of this view would become constricted on the right-hand side of the screen if the description of a line item was too long.
  11. Resolved an issue where the “Encounters Awaiting Payment – Detailed” view would not properly execute.
  12. Manually updating the adjustment on an insurance check will now immediately update the patient’s balance.
  13. Fixed an issue where sales tax was not being calculated on the invoice for charges which were taxable.
  14. Users are now able to print the day view schedule for a treatment room.
  15. Resolved an issue where setting an end date when using the Tools > Print Encounters Batch feature was causing the date after the end date to print as well (e.g., if the end date set was March 3rd, March 4th would also print).
  16. The Age link will now only display the patient’s age in years, rather than years and months.
  17. When running the Time Clock Management report, clocked out users will have a “duration” amount displayed next to their time entry.
