General Release Notes from the June 29th 2016 update.

New Features

  • Implemented a new Patient Chart design to increase speed and functionality.

  • Implemented a more user friendly view of the 2.0 Encounter tab. The 2.0 Encounters tab is now functionally more similar to the Progress Notes tab.

  • Implemented the ability to import images to the patient image in 3.0 using the Upload Image button found on the Web Cam screen. To access, double-click on the patient's image, then click Upload Image.

  • Implemented the ability to select a location in Time Clock Management searches.

  • Implemented a My Time Clock Report which allows the user to pull a report detailing time record entries. This can be found under Tools > Time Clock > My Time Clock Report.

  • Implemented a Facility Info link which will pull the facility information for the Facility listed on an encounter; outside of encounters, it will pull logged in location information.

  • Implemented the ability to close all open patient charts by right-clicking on the patient tab at the top of the patient chart.

Resolved Issues

  1. Resolved an issue wherein creating a new patient which caused a memory full error if you clicked “Close” instead of “Save” on the add new patient window.
  2. Resolved an issue wherein custom treatment codes were not able to be reliably embedded in a template.
  3. Removed non-functional links from the patient links for Encounters and Template management.

Second update for June 29th, 2016

  1. Resolved an issue wherein dashboard templates marked as "My Template" were showing for all users, regardless of settings.
  2. Resolved an issue wherein the Patient Search no longer allowed for searching by numerical birth date.
  3. Resolved an issue wherein encounters created from the scheduler were defaulting the first provider listed rather than the appointment's provider.
  4. Resolved an issue wherein, under certain conditions, diagnoses pointers were becoming reordered to the default order when saving and closing an encounter.
  5. Resolved an issue wherein the «FacilityInfo» link was displaying short name rather than long name; additionally, resolved an issue wherein phone number and fax number were not displaying.
  6. Resolved an issue wherein clicking the 20/20 Imaging tab would occasionally cause TRAKnet to stop responding.

Update for June 30th, 2016

  1. Resolved an issue wherein certain information could not be changed on a 2.0 encounter that was already marked Charting Done.
  2. Resolved an issue wherein the facility was not properly defaulting on encounters created for patients with a default facility.
  3. Resolved an issue wherein the «VisitProblems» link was not displaying the active problems for a patient.
  4. Resolved an issue wherein Admin > Manage Templates was not working properly.
  5. Resolved an issue wherein TRAKnet would load incorrectly under certain circumstances.
  6. Removed the CEO letter popup.

Update for July 1st, 2016

  1. Resolved an issue wherein treatment codes could not be entered into an amendment.
  2. Resolved an issue wherein copied notes would have the previous note's provider instead of the logged-in provider
  3. Resolved an issue wherein, after viewing a signed encounter through All Encounters, the visit date on an unsigned encounter would be unchangeable.
  4. Resolved an issue wherein users without the permission to view patient billing information could still access certain areas in TRAKnet.
  5. Resolved an issue wherein the options in the Admin toolbar were not working.
  6. Resolved an issue wherein deleted encounters were still appearing in the All Documents tab.
  7. Resolved an issue wherein the VisitDate link was still highlighted in yellow after the note was signed.
  8. Resolved an issue wherein the ActiveProblems and VisitProblems links were not working correctly in the patient superbill.
  9. Resolved an issue wherein non-provider users were appearing as provider in certain areas of TRAKnet.
  10. Resolved an issue wherein the 20/20 Imaging tab in the patient chart was giving an error and not working.

Update for July 6th, 2016

  1. Resolved an issue wherein the VitalsOnEncounterDay link was unable to be clicked.
  2. Resolved an issue wherein the ActiveMedications and ActiveAllergies links were not always displaying on patient superbills.
  3. Resolved an issue wherein slider links converted from 2.0 templates were no longer working in encounters.
  4. Resolved an issue wherein Custom Fields were no longer working in superbills.
  5. Resolved an issue wherein, under certain circumstances, the PastMedicalHistory and PastSurgicalHistory links were displaying no data.
  6. Resolved an issue wherein the VisitProvider link was not working on Referral Letters.
  7. Resolved an issue wherein changing the Service Date on a charge in the invoice would revert to the visit date after saving the encounter.

Update for July 7th, 2016

  1. Resolved an issue wherein the ActiveMedications, ActiveAllergies and ActiveProblems links were not displaying on batch patient superbills.
  2. Resolved an issue wherein, under certain conditions, changes made to Box 19 in the invoice's Claim Details tab were not being saved.
  3. Resolved an issue wherein certain outdated links were preventing notes from being saved and closed or signed and closed.
