New Features

• Implemented a new Query called Day Sales Outstanding.

• Implemented the ability to view Batch Eligibility in the scheduler.

• Implemented new PQRS mini-templates.

• Implemented a new PQRS report for 2016.

• Implemented new PQRS codes with a charge of $0.01.
• Implemented a button for one-click scanning in patient multimedia.

• Implemented the ability to open patient charts from facility visits.

• Adjusted how the scheduler printout appears when printed from the list view.
• Implemented the ability to search ICD-9 to ICD-10 GEM's in the encounter.
  • Users can now add dual to the visit problems and can also add codes to SmartSheets.

• Adjusted the scheduler's Visit Count to only show appointments with patients.
• Implemented the ability to print mailing labels and appointment labels from the scheduler.

• Implemented a change to the login screen to allow messages to be displayed without requiring an update.

Resolved Issues

1. Resolved an issue wherein duplicate claims were being sent to the clearinghouse.
2. Resolved an issue wherein the Average Collected by Provider query was inaccurate.
3. Resolved an issue wherein the Appointments without Encounters query was not working.
4. Resolved an issue wherein under certain circumstances, deleted provider adjustments were still applied to charges.
5. Resolved an issue wherein attempting to close TRAKnet on the Advanced Data Management Platform screen would cause the program to crash.
6. Resolved an issue wherein the Clinical Quality Measures report was not counting patients who have diabetic ICD-10 codes. This affected the Diabetic Foot Exam and the HbA1c Poor Control measures.
7. Resolved an issue wherein the ICD-10 to ICD-9 GEM's function in SmartSheet10 were not selecting the ICD-9 code.
8. Resolved an issue wherein ICD-9 cheat sheets could not be converted into dual-coded SmartSheets.
9. Resolved an issue wherein under certain circumstances, several Advanced Data Management Reports were not working.
10. Resolved an issue wherein SNOMED codes could not be mapped when adding diagnoses to a SmartSheet.
11. Resolved an issue wherein under certain circumstances, «VisitDate» links and the encounter date were being changed when copying notes.
12. Resolved an issue wherein, under certain circumstances, the «TodaysDate» link was incorrectly changed when copying notes.
13. Resolved an issue wherein under certain circumstances, «Date» links were changing the encounter date.
14. Resolved an issue wherein copying notes, the option to reset the «TodaysDate» links was not checked by default.
