New Features

Resolved issues

  • Corrected an issue where reconciled information is not properly displaying in TRAKnet.
  • Corrected an issue where the last logged in location was not being saved after logging out.
  • Corrected an issue where Batch Eligibility is incorrectly displaying no eligibility (a red dot) on the scheduler.
  • Corrected an issue where the patient dashboard links do not update automatically after adding medications or allergies through the Medications/Allergies button.
  • Corrected an issue where clicking the How to button on the Promoting Interoperability would take the user to the Advancing Care Information wiki page.
  • The Blue Orchid report will be removed from the TRAKnet application

Please note all users must be migrated to the new NEMO Health login to access TRAKnet after this update has been completed.

New Features

  • NEMO Rx - NEMO Rx is a web-based prescription module. This module is designed to improve prescription and medication functionality. This update effects the following areas:
    • Prescriptions - Click Here for details
    • Medication History - Click Here for details
    • Allergy History - Click Here for details
    • NEMO Rx Setup - Click Here for instructions to turn on NEMO Rx.
    • Please note new requirements for prescribing require that patients have a valid phone number. Newley added patients will require a phone number to save. Existing patients that do not have a phone number will receive an alert indicating they need a phone number.

Resolved Issues

  • Corrected an issue where Availity Remits were not showing an Unapplied tab for items not applied.
  • Corrected an issue where security questions are now sending the user back to the start of the log in when failed once.
  • Correct an issue where the Availity EDI Number was being truncated when sending eligibility requests.
  • Corrected an issue where Availity eligibility was not working when the patient is not a subscriber.
  • Corrected an issue where TRAKnet is unable to locate the payer ID from an Availity remittance.
  • Corrected an issue when attaching an image using webcam in an encounter the image will not load.
  • Corrected an issue where the Legacy report, Appointments cuts off certain information if it is at the end of one page and the start of another.
  • Corrected an issue where clients are receiving an error indicating Gladinet is not logged in when logging into TRAKnet even though Gladinet is logged in.
  • Corrected the wording on the old TRAKnet log in screen this now reads "Click here to start using the new login."
  • Corrected an issue where patient forms are not showing on the all documents tab.
  • Corrected an issue where links are replaced with the practice header link when a practice header is added to a document.
  • Corrected an issue where completed tasks sent to multiple users still show under My tasks when completed by a different user and do not have a completed button.
  • Corrected an issue where Visit treatments link is not refreshing on patient engagement screen when encounters are changed.

+Update for July 9th 2019

  • When auto-configuring to a new database the user will be advised that TRAKnet will restart.
  • Removed the ability to auto-configure when selecting Login as a different user.
  • Corrected an issue where the batch eligibility provider name would be sent incorrect when sent to Availity.

  • Resolved an issue where the Time clock function was not properly clocking users in
  • Resolved an issue where last logged in location was not being saved
  • Resolved an issue where Failed login attempts through the NEMO Health login were not showing on the login Audit log
  • Resolved an issue where Active Medications and Active Allergies links were not refreshing in the encounter or patient dashboard after closing the NEMO Rx window

  • Corrected an issue where refills were not being populated to the encounter when writing an Rx from the encounter
  • Corrected an issue where the units were not properly displaying on the encounter when writing an Rx from the encounter
  • Corrected an issue where Medications and Allergies links were not always updating in the encounter
  • Corrected an issue where in All Tasks only the logged in user tasks would show if the pending filter was selected

Update for November 12th 2019

  • Updated the BAKO fax number printed on the BAKO order form
  • Corrected and issue where the Specialized Registry would get stuck when exporting/uploading to MedXpress
  • Corrected an issue where if a .DOCX file was registered under all documents TRAKnet would crash when accessing that document
  • Corrected and issue where if the user selected 2019 as the year in the Quality Measures report it would show no results.
