New Features

  • The TRAKnet login Screen has been changed to improve interoperability with new integrations.
  • A Reply all button will be added to Tasks to allow users to reply to all individuals included in a task in a single message.
  • Adding a new link to the patient details on the scheduler to allow users to see and add prior authorizations from the scheduler.
  • Adding a new links to show the patients Global period.
  • Adding a check for other users when performing a TRAKnet update.
  • Adding the ability to sort multimedia files.
  • Updating the first time CCDA sent message to better inform the user that the patient should check their email.
  • Adding a new feature which allows the user to change the method used to push data to the patient portal.
  • New Report – User Adjustment Report.
  • New Report – Treatments with Insurance Payment Breakdown.

Resolved issues

  • Rebranding credit card processing screens to the new integration name “TSYS”.
  • Updating User Privilege Audit log to show only changes to user permissions.
  • Implementing a solution for the issue where certain family history family members would result in the family history link breaking.
  • Implementing a solution to the issue where a user can add duplicate ICD10 diagnosis codes to a patient.
  • Implementing a solution to the issue where Tasks with no status are not displaying properly in the Task list.
  • Implementing a solution to the issue where Tasks do not show their linked Encounters when opened from the Phone Messages tab of the patients chart.
  • Implementing a solution to the issue where Headers are being saved to patient health documents (HPI, ROS, Social history).
  • Implementing a solution to the issue where the Visit Treatments link does not properly refresh when selecting a different encounter on the patient engagement screen.
  • Implementing a solution to the issue where the CCDA / Patient engagement buttons are not properly highlighting when a patient is eligible for sending a CCDA.
