The new TRAKnet Patient Portal was released on June 29th, 2018. Click here to learn more about setting up the new portal. The below information is ARCHIVED.
This page will discuss the patient portal and include a link to all guides about setting up and using the patient portal.
What is the patient portal?
The patient portal is a tool that will allow the practice to share a URL with their patients who can then register and add patient records to their accounts. These patients will then be able to enter in their demographic information, insurance information, and download practice forms to complete prior to arriving at the office. With the Send to Portal feature, patients can send their records to the practice’s TRAKnet, where the information can be downloaded ahead of time to help streamline the patient registration process for both new and existing patients.
